CATI / Computer-assisted telephone interviewing

Questionnaire survey conducted via phone in the entire population (persons who have telephone) or based on a database filtered by certain parameters.

It enables quick surveys of wide range of customers, motivating them to give quick, spontaneous answers, associations. Similarly to intercept customer surveys, the range of aspects and questions to be surveyed is narrower than in the case of Mystery Shopping. Only those persons can be reached who have telephone.
