1. What is Mystery shopping?

Mystery Shoppers conduct incognito tests in business units of our clients. They behave like average customers without exposing themselves, and by following instructions of a preestablished scenario they survey the level of customer service. (In some exceptional cases it might be necessary for Mytery Shoppers to expose the nature of their visit, but this is by no means the norm.) Mystery Shoppers then record their experience by help of questionnaires.
Phantom Shopping prepares its shoppers for these shopping situations before each conducted survey. Mystery Shoppers receive payments after each visits carried out.

2. Who can become a Mystery Shopper?

Anyone can be a Mystery Shopper given that they are competent users of the internet and have the necessary resolve to observe location, level of service, behaviour of employees according to the parameters of the scenario and can record their observations by means of a questionnaire.
Thus, apart from basic computer skills, other prerequisites of the job include keen observation during shopping situations and good language skills while filling out the questionnaire.
Different scenarios require Mystery Shoppers of different age, interest etc.

3. How can I become a Mystery Shopper?

Mystery Shoppers need to be registered in our online surface, Mystery Motive. Filling out the registration form is the first step. It is imperative that prospective shoppers indicate which cities, towns they prefer as locations for their Mystery Shops.
After registration, users of MyMo can log in with their e-mail address and password. Possible Mystery Shoppings are listed under the menu Available Shops. After registration it may take time till we contact you with offers of shops corresponding to your user profile.

4. How much of my time does Mystery Shopping take up?

This depends on location, flexibility of your timetable, the amount of free time you have, your customer-profile. Mystery Shopping is an occasional occupation, frequency of tests may vary. Shoppers who can undertake several shops, carry out their shoppings with precision and fill out their questionnaires accurately are likely to receive frequent commissions. Mystery Shoppings also provide a wide variety of experiences which Shoppers can put to use for their own benefit.
